A new addition to our range is the company GOLFERRA, a highly specialised manufacturer of Italian delicatessen products with a forward thinking approach for the modern consumer market of today.
The salamis and mortadella they have to ffer are traditional taste but light (lower in fat content).

With GOLFELLA good eating also means healthy eating. The best italian Hma derieved from pigs reared in compliance with the Parma Ham ad San Danielle Ham "DOP" (Protected Denomination of Origin) specifications, offering consumers important guarntees concerning the rearing methods, feeding and origin of the animal.
GOLFELLA is a geuine mortadella featuring low fat content and a high nutritional value.
GOLFELLA is the Bologna sausage with ham containing 40% less fat.
